Disir Productions is looking for a talented 3D artist to join our small team in Uppsala, Sweden. Disir productions AB is an award winning company developing science-based apps. Through our concept Augmented History we strive to bring history to life and allow the user to experience the past first-hand. As 3D artist you will be responsible for creating the stuff that make up our historical environments. We are a start-up so you will enjoy broad ownership in shaping the projects and have a voice in design and implementation. We may handle several projects at once across multiple platforms, so you need to be open to jumping between tasks. Requirements:
Solid understanding of form, mass, and volume.
Ability to translate concepts to game-ready 3d models.
Fluent in 3ds max or equivalent standard industry software.
Understands and follows necessary optimization practices and effective asset creation.
Can communicate well in a team environment and quickly iterate from art direction.
Above average drawing skills.
Experience using Unity.
Has worked on shipped game titles or apps.
A passion for history.
Experience developing games for mobile.
Familiar with Unity scripting.
Curiosity and a learning attitude.
